How can I book?
Just get in touch and let us know a bit about your event and we will check our availability. We can have a meeting at a suitable place if needed and take it from there. If you are happy to go ahead and book the date, a deposit will be required.
How many photos do we get?
Every event is different and it depends what you have planned. There’s no lower or upper limit but to give you an idea, from a four hour booking we’d typically deliver around 200 photos.
Will the photographs be colour or B&W?
Usually a mixture of both, but mostly colour. We’ll give everything a creative polish that suits the occasion, and we mostly avoid heavy fashion-style ‘airbrush’ retouching of people.
When do we receive our photos?
For family events & celebrations it usually takes around one to two weeks to process everything and prepare your gallery. Albums take a month or so after approval to be delivered, and your Digital Archive is usually ready to download around a week after the gallery opens.
What about books or prints?
We work with industry leaders for photo albums and printed photos, on many type of materials which greatly enhance the photos. Printed high quality photos do look magnificent once printed!
Do you provide video, on-site printing or a photobooth?
No, we only provide documentary event photography, and no on-site printing. But we often work alongside other event service providers, if you need any let us know and we’ll be happy to introduce you.
What if we need to cancel or postpone?
For cancellations the deposit is non-refundable to cover the costs of reserving the date, and depending on the notice given there may be a further fee payable. For postponements we may be able to transfer fees paid to the new date, depending on availability. Full terms will be detailed in the booking agreement.
Do you photograph weddings?
We absolute love weddings! Get in touch if you need any info! Our pricing for weddings includes all the time and expertise we’ll dedicate to you before, during, and after your wedding.
